Terms of Use

1. Service

NU Portal provides work information, published video, account-based progress, interest feedback, and optional notifications. Reading, character conversation, or interactive formats are available only when actually published. Interest feedback does not guarantee production or release.

2. Accounts

You can browse public works and videos without an account. When using account features, use a sign-in method you control and protect your device and credentials. Accessing another person’s account or using automated access is prohibited.

3. Content license

Video, images, text, marks, and software are owned by the operator or authorized rights holders. You receive a limited license for personal viewing only. Copying, redistribution, extraction, access-control circumvention, and commercial use require separate permission.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Circumventing service, account, or media controls, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Using bots, scrapers, or excessive requests that disrupt the service or its measurement.
• Illegal submissions, rights infringement, impersonation, or manipulation of review and interest signals.
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized commercial use of the app.

5. Changes and availability

Content can change or end based on rights, region, rating, and publication windows. We may restrict functions for security, legal, or operational reasons and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

6. Ending an account

You can request deletion from the app Profile or the web account-deletion instructions. We may restrict access for terms violations, security risk, or legal requirements.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We are not liable for unforeseeable indirect losses absent willful misconduct or gross negligence. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
